General Project Description

This project aims to rehabilitate and restore the existing roadway surface along Seneca Road and multiple intersecting streets, including Aster Road, Jeremiah Street, Rachel Drive, Chestnut Street, Verbena Road, Lilac Road, Palm Street, Bellflower Street, Delicious Street, Clemenson Court, and Columbia Court, within the City of Adelanto. The scope includes asphalt concrete overlay, localized pavement dig-outs and repairs, adjustment of utility covers, and new pavement striping and markings. All work must adhere to City of Adelanto Standard Specifications, Caltrans Standard Specifications, and approved construction drawings. The project also requires proper traffic control, coordination with utility agencies, and compliance with stormwater pollution prevention requirements (SWPPP).
