General Project Description

The project involves the replacement of Sewer Lift Station No. 5 in the City of Alhambra. The scope includes installing a new precast polymer wet well, valve vault, and bypass vault, along with associated mechanical equipment, appurtenances, electrical equipment, service upgrades, control, and instrumentation systems. Additionally, the project entails installing approximately 103 feet of 8-inch VCP gravity sewer pipe with three new precast polymer manholes, repurposing an existing dry well for emergency storage, and abandoning the existing wet well. The work encompasses all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and coordination as defined in the contract documents.
