General Project Description

This project involves the exterior painting of all buildings at Renaissance at Fischer, including existing structures, portables, covered walkways, decorative metal fencing, ramp-railing systems, and other site features, as detailed in the drawings and specifications. The scope includes surface preparation, cleaning, and painting using specified Dunn Edwards paint systems and colors for various exterior materials such as wood, concrete, concrete block, ferrous metal, galvanized metal, aluminum, and cement plaster. Special coatings may be required for specific items. The project also references potential asbestos removal/abatement if encountered.
