General Project Description

The City of Anaheim is soliciting proposals for on-call professional consultant services to support its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Sewer Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) compliance programs. The project encompasses a broad range of activities including, but not limited to, the development, refinement, and implementation of stormwater and sanitary sewer compliance programs, revision of guidelines, annual report preparation, Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) support, Trash Amendment Program development, Stormwater Credit Program implementation, existing development and WQMP inspection, and the inspection, monitoring, management, and maintenance of stormwater credit generators. Additionally, the scope includes support for the Sewer WDR and FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) program, requiring SSMP review, and coordination of traffic control plans for field operations. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis, requiring technical and organizational expertise.
