Anaheim City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, MASTER AGREEMENT FOR ARTERIAL STREET MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 200 S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805, USA in Orange County.
General Project Description
This Master Agreement for Arterial Street Maintenance and Construction serves as a pre-qualification program for licensed contractors to perform asphalt pavement and concrete rehabilitation and associated improvements within designated project locations across Anaheim, CA. The scope includes furnishing and installing asphalt concrete (AC) to specified thicknesses and compaction requirements, surface preparation, tack coat application, and slurry seal. It also involves the installation of pavement fabric/geotextile, cold planing and micro-milling of existing AC pavement to achieve required depths and surface profiles, installation or replacement of inductive traffic detection loops in coordination with the City’s Traffic Engineering Division, and the adjustment of manhole covers, water valve boxes, and other utility lids to final grade. Additionally, the project requires the provision and maintenance of traffic control according to California MUTCD standards, and the removal and installation of traffic striping, pavement markings, and raised pavement markers using specified thermoplastic or paint materials. All work will be performed under individual Work Order Packages, adhering to City of Anaheim standards and the 2024 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction ("Greenbook").
