General Project Description

The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department (APU) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Resin Maintenance Services for its water treatment systems under a master agreement. The scope includes, but is not limited to, resin bed skimming and peroxide rinsing. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, tools, devices, materials, and consumables and performing work in accordance with specific Work Instructions and all applicable Federal, State, local codes, regulations, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contract has an initial term of two years, with the option for the City to exercise up to three additional one-year renewal terms, subject to contractor performance and budget availability.
