General Project Description
This project involves the removal of 6 existing valves (5x 16" pump control valves and 1x 8" altitude valve) and the installation of 6 new identical replacement valves (5x Cla-Val 60-BT and 1x Cla-Val 210-01/610-01 altitude valve) at the City of Antioch's Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Contractor responsibilities span valve installation, proper disposal, provision of spare parts, on-site training for plant personnel, project coordination/management, and handling incidentals necessary to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, City requirements, AWWA standards, and title 22 drinking water standards.
