General Project Description

This project involves pavement maintenance and resurfacing of residential streets in the City of Antioch. The primary work consists of applying a ½-inch Polymer Modified Asphalt Rubber (PMAR) Chip Seal, followed by Micro-surfacing (Type II), forming an "Antioch Cape Seal." Additional work includes surface preparation, removal of vegetation, placement and installation of permanent pavement markings and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control measures.
