General Project Description
The City of Antioch is seeking qualified contractors to perform the removal and replacement of five (5) existing east-side windows and storefront assemblies at Antioch City Hall. The project specifically includes the demolition of existing window systems (glass, frames, hardware), furnishing and installing new energy-efficient window systems with a black anodized finish and high-performance insulated glazing (Low-E coating), providing all associated materials (flashing, sealants, hardware, half-screens), and conducting façade preparation for new stucco and brick veneer. The contractor is responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation, ensuring compliance with building codes, industry standards, and manufacturer installation requirements, as well as proper weatherproofing and integration with the building envelope.
