General Project Description
Arcadia Unified School District seeks proposals from Architecture Firms to provide Full Service Architectural and Engineering Services for district-wide projects. The scope includes Space Planning, Landscape Design, Construction Cost Estimating, Environmental Services, Energy Conservation Consulting, Door Hardware Consulting, and other related services. The work involves identifying energy savings opportunities, developing various architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof, and site plans, including grading, paving, and utility systems (sewer, water, storm drain, firewater lines, fire hydrants), while complying with Division of the State Architect (DSA) inspection, approval, and certification processes. The consultant will also maintain cost controls within construction budgets.
