General Project Description

This project involves street rehabilitation improvements on Baldwin Avenue, Live Oak Avenue, and Second Avenue. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete pavement rehabilitation, sidewalk construction, cross gutter and grind gutter repair, ADA ramp installation, spall repair, crack sealing, aggregate base installation, irrigation adjustments, landscape restoration, traffic loop reconstruction, utility adjustments to grade, traffic control, and stormwater pollution prevention. The rehabilitation aims to improve the condition of affected streets and related infrastructure as per approved plans.
