General Project Description

The City of Arcadia is seeking professional design and environmental expertise to clean up, mitigate, reduce, and prevent future mudslide impacts at Wilderness Park. This involves detailed site condition analysis, quantification of soil deposition, accurate excavation and grading estimates, and cost estimation for cleanup and removal. The project objective is to develop a comprehensive design resulting in a bid-ready package for soil removal, slope stabilization, drainage resolution, and preventative improvements to safeguard public safety and park infrastructure. The scope includes various investigations, design alternative development, and the preparation of construction documents and permits.
