General Project Description

The City of Auburn is seeking licensed, qualified, and experienced contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for Phase II of the Baltimore Ravine Shaded Fuel Break project. This phase involves applying herbicide on approximately 120 acres of land previously cleared in Phase I, aimed at continuing fuels reduction for wildfire prevention. The scope includes selective herbicide application using cut-stump or foliar spray methods on designated areas, adhering to specific treatment specifications, environmental protection requirements, and best management practices. The work focuses on vegetation management to create a shaded fuel break and protect against wildfires.
