Work is to be performed near 410 Avalon Cyn Rd, Avalon, CA 90704, USA in Los Angeles County.
General Project Description
The project involves on-site civil work for Phase 3A of the Civic Center Housing Project, focusing on site preparation for modular housing delivery. The scope includes extensive excavation, grading, compaction, and demolition of existing structures and landscaping.
