General Project Description

This project involves extending the underground electrical circuit and completing an underground and aboveground electric substructure system for the installation of EV charging stations within the City of Azusa. The scope of work includes trenching, backfilling, street restoration, concrete work, striping, traffic control, and furnishing all necessary supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation to construct and install conduits, a transformer pad, main switchgear, a sub-panel, seven (7) dual port EV chargers (provided by ALW), and associated cable. The work also includes restoration of existing facilities (roads, streets, cultivated areas, sidewalks) and compliance with various city public works standards. The new infrastructure will serve the existing street light system.
