General Project Description

This HUD-funded project involves the construction of concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks within the designated Oriole Area of Bakersfield. The scope includes small repair jobs as well as new construction in both commercial and residential areas across various locations within the city. Contractors are required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services, performing work to the highest professional standards while ensuring minimal disruption to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
