General Project Description

This project involves general construction tenant improvements for an existing kitchen at The Community House (Central Park) located at 2020 R Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301. The scope of work includes architectural, demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work necessary for new kitchen equipment and fixtures. All installations and disposals must comply with applicable Federal, State, local rules, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and Cal OSHA guidelines. The contractor is responsible for any legally required permits and for lead or asbestos testing of suspect materials.
