General Project Description

This project involves the furnishing of labor, equipment, and materials to split two existing office spaces within the Educational Support Facility. The scope includes installing wood-framed demising walls to ceiling height, adding wood blocking in existing ceilings for top plate attachment, demolition, framing openings for two new 36”x84” doors (to match existing), installing sound insulation at demising walls, and installing two new switches for split lighting. HVAC ductwork will be split to accommodate the new office spaces, including air balance reads. Drywalling, patching, painting, and installing two new doors and rubber base (to match existing) are also required. The project concludes with daily and final clean-up.
