Belvedere City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, BEACH ROAD STABILIZATION PROJECT, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near Main St, Tiburon, CA 94920, USA in Marin County.
General Project Description
The Beach Road Stabilization Project aims to restore the structural stability of the existing concrete seawall along Beach Road. The scope primarily involves installing new steel sheet piles on the bayside of the existing seawall, including concrete backfill and structural connections. A portion of steel sheet piling will also be installed within the Beach Road roadway in front of 30-38 Beach Road, connected by reinforced concrete beams. The project requires selective demolition and restoration of sections of the Beach Road sidewalk and asphalt. Additionally, the work includes traffic control, temporary and permanent utility line disconnections and restorations, installing and maintaining a turbidity curtain with environmental controls for in-water work, and general earthwork activities. All work within jurisdictional bay areas must be completed between June 1 and October 31, 2026.
