General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive curb ramp and sidewalk repairs and replacements across various locations in Berkeley, CA. The scope includes tree removal and root pruning, traffic control, adjustment of survey monuments and utility boxes/frames/covers, protection of underground utility services (gas, water, sewer, electrical, telecom), reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, driveways, valley gutters, curbs, and curb ramps, storm drain infrastructure improvements (removal/installation of cross drain pipes, junction boxes, catch basin tops, curb inlets), asphalt concrete paving, curb painting, and supplemental work.
