Brentwood Union School District is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Bristow Middle School Gymnasium HVAC Replacement Project, identified under Solicitation ID: -. Work is to be performed near 855 Minnesota Ave, Brentwood, CA 94513, USA in Contra Costa County.

General Project Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing boiler HVAC system in the Bristow Middle School Gymnasium. The scope includes selective demolition, removal of existing boiler and related piping/components in chases and soffits, elimination of air handlers and piping in rafters, replacement of four existing rooftop condenser units with new packaged units, including roof breaches for return air ducting, and installation of new rooftop packaged units for the P.E. offices and locker rooms with reconfigured ducting. Electrical additions and updates to the Pelican system to eliminate boiler and air handler functions are also required. All work must comply with CBC/DSA standards, with a focus on HVAC upgrades in the gym and minimal disruption to school operations. Additional work includes roofing repair, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, installation of access doors and frames, and painting of all new and existing applicable surfaces.
