General Project Description

The City of Brentwood is seeking engineering design services for its Citywide Non-Potable Water Distribution System Project. The project involves upgrading an existing recycled water pump station and constructing a new on-site storage tank. The scope of work includes conducting a hydraulic and operational evaluation of the existing system, evaluating alternatives for pump station upgrades, developing preliminary design criteria for the storage tank, preparing a facility upgrade technical memorandum with construction cost estimates and 10% drawings, and providing services for project management, land surveying, corrosion engineering, stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) preparation, detailed design engineering, bidding support, and engineering services during construction and post-construction.
