General Project Description
Burbank Unified School District is seeking bids for the replacement of floor covering in 3 classrooms at Burbank Adult School. The scope involves the removal of existing VCT tile and its replacement with Karndean vinyl tile (French Grey Oak, LLP308) to be installed in a staggered pattern, with no product substitutions allowed. Additionally, existing cove base is to be removed and replaced with black 4" cove base around the entire perimeter. All work must be performed on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays only, with no work allowed Monday through Thursday, and no room may be left incomplete as of the Monday following the start of work.
