General Project Description

This citywide project involves the construction of an electrical underground conduit system and related substructure improvements for the City of Burbank. The scope includes securing excavation permits; cutting and removing existing pavement; installing concrete-encased duct sections, precast electrical manholes, and other substructures; trenching (including shoring); backfilling; traffic control (including signs and barricades); temporary and permanent paving; and restriping traffic lanes, all in accordance with specified plans and standards.
