Includes furnishing, installing, anchoring, connecting main switchboard, disconnect switches, all associated electrical equipment, mounting hardware, terminations, labeling, and coordination with Pacific Gas & Electric, installation, testing, and acceptance.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: EA  Work Item: Furnish and Install 60-kW EV Charger. Includes furnishing and installing one (1) 60-kW electric vehicle charger complete with mounting, electrical connections, software configuration, signage, labeling, testing, and commissioning.
• Quantity: 8  Unit: EA  Work Item: Furnish and Install 30-kW EV Charger.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Furnish and Install Automatic Load Management System. Includes furnishing, installing, programming, integrating, and testing the automatic load management system to coordinate EV charger loads, including all hardware, software, communications, configuration, and coordination with the EV charging equipment.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Furnish and Install Surface Mounted Conduit. Includes furnishing and installing all surface-mounted electrical conduit of the size and type shown on the plans, including fittings, supports, anchors, penetrations, sleeves, sealants, and associated hardware.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Furnish and Install Concrete Pads for Main Switchboard. Includes forming, reinforcing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete pads for the main switchboard and associated equipment, including excavation, base preparation, anchor bolts, and surface restoration.
• Quantity: 1  Unit: LS  Work Item: Electrical Testing, Start Up, and Commissioning. Includes all testing, start-up, commissioning, functional verification, coordination with the City, training (if required), and documentation necessary to place the EV charging system into full operational service.
