General Project Description

The County of Butte is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the design of a new 9,000 square foot Fire Station 41. This facility will be located at the Keefer Road / Garner Lane site, intended to support public safety operations and emergency response services, and will include apparatus bays, administrative spaces, and support areas with related site improvements. The scope involves planning, design, and regulatory coordination for a functional, durable facility, supported by architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, for Butte County and CAL FIRE operations. Services will span preliminary assessment, planning, design development, construction document preparation, bid phase support, and optional construction phase services.
