General Project Description

The City of Calabasas Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified engineering professionals to provide on-call engineering, plan check, surveying, geotechnical, and inspection services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis over a three-year term, with potential extensions for up to two additional one-year terms. The scope includes reviewing plans, design calculations, technical specifications, correction lists, surveying and mapping documentation, various studies and reports, and inspection services for commercial, residential, and land development projects to ensure compliance with local, county, state, and federal ordinances and standards.
