General Project Description

This Alley Improvement Project – Phase III (Project No. 2026-100) involves comprehensive civil works including subgrade removal and compaction, installation of Class II base, asphalt concrete paving, concrete driveway and sidewalk construction or removal/replacement, new PCC concrete curb and gutter, pavement extension joints, utility adjustments for water valves and sewer manholes, installation of pressure-treated boards, traffic striping and signage, shoulder grading, drainage swale construction, traffic control, construction staking, dust control plan implementation, and material testing. The work must conform to Caltrans Standard Specifications and "GREENBOOK" Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
