General Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new resiliency kitchen facility at the Amador County Fairgrounds. This public works project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction of a single wood-framed structure on concrete foundations, along with associated concessions and service windows, and various related site modifications. The project encompasses the installation of underground utilities, concrete walkways, and concrete mechanical foundations for a resiliency kitchen covering approximately 1,200 square feet. The demolition scope of work has been completed by others and is not part of this bidding. Optional additive alternates include providing and installing non-movable and movable kitchen equipment.
