General Project Description

The project involves the comprehensive construction of a new 1,200 square foot resiliency kitchen facility at the Amador County Fairgrounds. The scope includes all labor, equipment, and materials for building a single wood-framed structure on concrete foundations, installing associated concessions and service windows, and performing various site modifications. This entails the installation of underground utilities, concrete walkways, concrete mechanical foundations, and providing and installing all necessary kitchen equipment. Demolition work was completed by others and is not part of this bidding.
