California Construction Authority, (CCA) is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, DMTC HVAC at the DEL MAR FAIRGROUNDS, identified under Solicitation ID: 022-23-031. Work is to be performed near 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd, Del Mar, CA 92014, USA in San Diego County.
General Project Description
This public works project involves the labor, equipment, and materials to implement an HVAC system upgrade at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The scope includes the removal and replacement of an existing rooftop Air Handling Unit (AHU) with a new Owner-Furnished 40-ton unit, replacement of an existing boiler, and all associated mechanical, electrical, structural, controls, and roofing work. The project requires crane pick for the removal and setting of new equipment. The contractor is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and picking up all Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) items from a designated storage location.
