General Project Description
The project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and tools for Tree Trimming and Arborist Services at Folsom State Prison. The scope includes scheduled annual maintenance, emergency storm damage repair, and cleanup work. Services are to be performed during designated business hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays), with emergency services requiring a response within 24 hours of notification. The contractor must also provide arborist certification and Cal/OSHA line clearance for work near high voltage lines.
