General Project Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for comprehensive chiller plant and cooling tower maintenance and repair services at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility (RJD) in San Diego, CA. The scope includes scheduled preventative maintenance (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, safety inspection, calibration) and on-demand emergency repair services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the facility's HVAC chiller and cooling tower systems.
