General Project Description
This project involves the material and fabrication purchase of a complete Exterior Insulating Finish System (EIFS) for Housing Unit Buildings #341 and #344 Facility C at Kern Valley State Prison. The State will perform the installation. The scope includes provisions for the delivery of EIFS materials and minor demolition and replacement of elements to accommodate the EIFS. All materials are required to be new and the latest model.
