General Project Description

The project involves providing comprehensive elevator maintenance, inspection, and repair services for three existing elevators/dumbwaiters at Mule Creek State Prison. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary material, labor, tools, travel, per diem, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, permits, and licenses to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Services include monthly preventative maintenance, annual safety inspections, emergency repairs, and parts replacement, all in compliance with California Codes and manufacturer specifications.
