General Project Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for Construction and Demolition Debris Disposal and Recycling Services to be provided on an "as-needed basis" for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Correctional Construction Mentorship (CCM) Program. The Contractor will supply various sizes of disposal and recycling containers (e.g., Lowboys, covered/lockable containers) and perform associated services including container rental, relocation, transportation, recycling, and disposal of nonhazardous construction debris, ensuring compliance with California Green Building Standards Code requirements. Services also include submitting diversion reports with weight tickets and tonnage breakdowns. Work will be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
