General Project Description
This project entails providing comprehensive Roll Up Door Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at Avenal State Prison (ASP). The scope of work includes all necessary labor, supplies, materials, and transportation for semi-annual preventative maintenance and as-needed repair services for various door types, specifically: 49 Slat Manual Doors, 68 Sectional Manual Doors, and 45 Sectional Electric Doors across all facilities. Services encompass cleaning, oiling, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, alignment, timing, operational testing, and incidental repairs with parts replacement. Emergency repair services require a six-hour response time.

- Quantity: LS Unit: LS Work Item: As-Needed Hourly Repair Services. Specifications: Unlimited visits for repair, must respond to telephone requests within three (3) working days, or within six (6) hours for emergency repairs.
- Quantity: LS Unit: LS Work Item: Parts Replacement. Specifications: Includes replacement of any worn or inoperable part(s) affecting operability, subject to submission of a written estimate and approval from Institution Contract Liaison or designee, with costs based on supplier invoice and/or price list.
