General Project Description
This project involves the upgrade of two (2) emergency generators control system units to new control systems at the Central California Women's Facility. The scope includes the installation of new medium voltage breaker protective relays, associated wiring, fabrication and field wiring of panels, installation of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) control panels, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming for monitoring and control, and providing a 2000KW Generator with an Auto Transfer Switch or equivalent. The work also includes the demolition and disposal of existing switchgear and components, installation of new equipment, and provision of a standard manufacturer's warranty.
