General Project Description
This project involves providing chemical and smoke purge system maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at Pleasant Valley State Prison (PVSP). The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, licenses, permits, equipment, and transportation to ensure the system operates safely at Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and functions in concert with the installed Edwards Fire Alarm Control Panel and associated devices. Services include inspection, programming, routine and emergency repairs, technical support, troubleshooting, cleaning, adjusting, calibration, alignment, and operational testing of various components such as relays, controllers, starters, dampers, switches, and interlocks, as well as providing and installing system software updates. Services are performed on an as-needed basis.
