• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Annual Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services: Includes operational testing, inspection of electrical/mechanical equipment, furnishing lubricants, cleaning supplies, and testing equipment.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Scheduled Repair Services: Provision of services for any repair requested or necessary to keep equipment fully operational, paid at Contractor’s Hourly Repair Rate.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Non-Emergency Scheduled Repair Services: Contractor response within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification, paid at Contractor’s Non-Emergency scheduled repair service hourly rate.

• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Equipment Removal and Return: Contractor responsibility for pickup and delivery of equipment requiring off-site repair, with prior CDCR approval and inspection of serial numbers. Maximum five (5) working days for off-site repair.

• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Transformer Inspection and Testing (Bi-Annually): Visual and mechanical tests (physical condition, anchorage, grounding, PCB labeling, cleaning, bolted electrical connections resistance, liquid level, positive pressure for gas blanketed transformers, surge arresters). Includes Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) tests.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Switchgear Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing: Visual and mechanical inspections, electrical tests (ground resistance, insulation-resistance, control wiring performance), and visual/mechanical inspection of circuit breakers and protective relays.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Transfer Switches Maintenance: Visual and mechanical inspections, electrical tests (dust vacuuming, trip-sensing and time-delay function recalibration, cable/control wire connection check, simulated normal source failure test).
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Feeder/Circuit Switches Maintenance: Check for water damage, corrosion, wear, electrical operation, loose wiring, key interlocks, bolted/pinned connections, gas pressure, interrupter operational limits, lubricate contact surfaces, ratchet mechanism operation, grounding switch operation, and replace transmitter batteries.
• Quantity: -  Unit: -  Work Item: Documentation: Provision of completed maintenance and testing reports, including project summary, equipment description, test results, analysis, recommendations, and service reports (Exhibit A-2).
