General Project Description

This project is for the material and fabrication purchase of a complete roofing system, including roof and deck insulation, Polyvinyl-Chloride (PVC) roofing membranes, flashing and sheet metal components, roof accessories (hatches, safety railings), joint sealants, and expansion control devices. The State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation will be responsible for the installation of all materials. The procurement scope includes providing product information, FM Global wind uplift lists, and a complete list of materials (quantity, description, cost, brand, model) for pre-award review, ensuring all materials meet specified performance criteria, certifications, and aesthetic requirements.
