General Project Description
This project involves providing boiler source testing services for Avenal State Prison (ASP) to ensure compliance with applicable air pollution control regulations. The contractor will coordinate with the local Air Pollution Control District on testing protocols, conduct source tests using California Air Resources Board (CARB) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emission test methods, and provide diagnostic printouts for each boiler tested. The services aim to support the maintenance of two specified natural gas fire boilers, a 325.1 MMBTU/HR Cleaver Brooks Model CB200-600 (SNL92694) and a 25.1 MMBTU/HR Cleaver Brooks Model CB200-600 (SNL92695), both equipped with Powerflame NCV11 CBR-G-30 LowNox burners and O2 controllers.
