General Project Description
This project is for the material and fabrication purchase of a complete roofing system, including metal roof panels and translucent corrugated polycarbonate panels, for the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center, Upper Yard Phase 2. The State will be responsible for the installation of all materials. The scope includes providing a system designed to withstand specific loads, wind uplift, thermal movements, and air infiltration while meeting energy performance and appearance criteria. It also includes seals, fasteners, flashing, accessories, and paint for existing exposed steel structure.
