General Project Description

This project involves providing comprehensive chiller maintenance, inspection, and repair services for all chiller equipment at the Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) in Jamestown, CA. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, license, insurance, and other expenses. Services encompass routine and scheduled maintenance (e.g., annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly inspections, safety inspections, calibrations), non-emergency repairs, emergency repairs (with a 4-hour response time), and replacement of worn or inoperable parts. All replaced parts must be new, factory-manufactured, or of equivalent quality and pre-approved by the agency for costs not covered by standard maintenance rates.

Specifications: All labor, materials, and equipment for repairs to the chiller or chiller system; repairs to be completed within five (5) working days from diagnosis unless part(s) must be ordered; parts replacement in accordance with the Parts Replacement Section.

Specifications: All labor, materials, and equipment for emergency repairs to the chiller or chiller system; services provided within four (4) hours of first notification; parts replacement in accordance with the Parts Replacement Section.
Quantity: - Unit: - Work Item: Parts Replacement for Chiller Maintenance and Repair. Specifications: Provision of new, factory manufactured, or equivalent quality parts; Contractor to maintain adequate supply or obtain within five (5) days; subject to CDCR approval for parts not covered by maintenance service rate; costs for replacement parts paid in arrears based on documented invoices.
