General Project Description

This project involves providing Boiler Source Testing Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at Avenal State Prison (ASP). The contractor will perform source testing on specified boilers (including specific Cleaver Brooks Model CB200-600 fire-tube natural gas boilers with Powerflame LowNox burners and O2 controllers) to ensure compliance with all applicable air pollution control regulations. The work requires utilizing California Air Resources Board (CARB) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emission test methods, and the contractor must be CARB certified.
