General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive roof repair services for the L Building at the R.A. McGee Correctional Training Center (CTC). The scope includes gutter repair, which entails removing existing gravel and stop metal, installing new edge metal, priming and sealing with ELS, and applying a three-course Burmesh and ELS system followed by gravel flooding. Additionally, field repairs are required to address roof leakage, involving roof inspection, leak source identification, removal of existing repairs, deck inspection and replacement as necessary, adherence of two plies in power ply endure adhesive with 12-inch minimum overlaps, cap sheet adherence, and tying in new repairs with a three-course application and gravel flooding. All work must ensure watertight conditions according to manufacturer specifications and includes debris removal and necessary fall protection.
