General Project Description

This project involves a Master Agreement for the provision of Emergency Biological Cleaning Services across California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) institutions and facilities statewide. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, and shipping/freight charges. Services will be compensated per square foot of the actual areas cleaned at rates specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Scope of Work emphasizes adherence to State and Federal laws and regulations, including CDC and Cal/OSHA requirements for worker safety and PPE use.
