The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary, such as preparing the existing concrete slab according to manufacturer's recommendations and specifications, installing new vinyl flooring, and ensuring proper finishing. The project will be accomplished in two phases: submittals and installation/acceptance.
