General Project Description

This project involves providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits, and taxes for the replacement of siding and sheathing, and exterior painting of the Baldwin Lake Ecological Reserve Office Building. Additionally, it includes other miscellaneous improvements, all to be completed in strict accordance with the provided specifications and California Department of Fish and Wildlife Drawing No. E10-2025 -001. The work involves rough and finish carpentry elements, as well as exterior painting.
