General Project Description

The project involves providing annual testing and repair services for fire sprinkler systems at multiple CAL FIRE Sonoma Lake Napa Unit (LNU) locations. The contractor is responsible for all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, annual testing, repairs, maintenance, and fees. Services include annual testing guided by NFPA 25 and local requirements, any necessary repairs and maintenance to pass annual testing, and retesting of systems that faulted during original testing. Emergency repair service is also required 24/7 to address critical failures.
